For years, I ran companies that were profitable but didn't give me fulfillment.
I worked in industries I wasn’t convinced about, realizing visions that weren’t mine.
The breakthrough came while working on the career aptitude test. Analyzing my own values opened my eyes – I understood that for years I hadn’t known myself well enough.
I’m creating this test for my younger self – for a lost kid who didn’t know which way to go. I want others to discover their career predispositions faster and choose work that brings a smile and self-fulfillment.
My mission is to save others the years of wrong decisions that I went through myself.
If I had had access to such a test 15 years ago, I would have saved myself over a decade of doing things inconsistent with my core.

We’re working on a real-time AI mentoring system that will accompany users throughout their entire career, adjusting advice and recommendations to their changing professional situation.
Long-term vision (2027+):
Our goal is to create a universal career compass that will not only diagnose predispositions but also actively support users in achieving their career goals. We envision a world where every person has access to a personalized career advisor based on the latest AI technologies.
