§ 1. General provisions

These Sales Terms apply to the purchase of the Premium career aptitude test for 55 EUR in the FindYou.io service.

§ 2. Order process

2.1 Placing an order:

  • Selection of Premium test (55 EUR)
  • User data verification
  • Payment method selection
  • Acceptance of Sales Terms and Terms of Service

2.2 Order confirmation:

  • Confirmation email sent automatically
  • Immediate access after payment confirmation by Stripe
  • VAT invoice available in user panel

§ 3. Prices and payments

3.1 Price:

  • Premium test: 55 EUR (includes 23% VAT)
  • No additional fees – final price
  • One-time payment – no subscription

3.2 Payment methods:

  • Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards
  • Quick payments: Google Pay, Apple Pay, BLIK
  • Transfers: online payments through Stripe

3.3 Pricing errors:

If we detect a pricing error after order placement:

  • We will notify you within 24 hours
  • Option to confirm order at correct price
  • Or cancellation with full refund

§ 4. Right of withdrawal and refunds

4.1 Refund rules:

  • 14 days to withdraw from contract
  • Condition: Premium test must be incomplete
  • Completed test: no refund possible (service has been delivered)
  • Refund: to original payment method within 14 days

4.2 Refund process:

  1. Email: support@findyou.io with subject “Refund – Premium Test”
  2. Provide: order number and reason for refund
  3. Verification: that test has not been completed
  4. Refund: automatically within 14 business days

§ 5. Service delivery

5.1 Delivery moment:

  • Immediately after payment confirmation
  • Access through user panel
  • Activation link in confirmation email

5.2 Test completion time:

  • No time limits for completion
  • Ability to pause and continue
  • Access to results: for 5 years

§ 6. Availability guarantee

6.1 Service Level Agreement (SLA):

  • 99.5% availability annually
  • Planned outages with 48h notification
  • Compensation: extended access for outages >24h
